Need help with choosing Modem

Recently i had shifted from ACT Blaze (20 mbps) to ACT Lightning (40mbps)
I used to use the cable before for the internet connection but now i moved into a 3bhk shared by 3 people, so i would require a modem that supports 40mbps and has a good range within the 3bhk home..

I would be very greatful if you could suggest me a suitable WIFI Router model for the same.

I am using netgear JNR1010 router in a 3 BHK apartment for last 3 years which is still working good with no wifi range problem at all. it costs around Rs700 nowa days. Just to make it clear it is a router only.
