I've been a loyal user for BSNL broadband for 10 years. No doubt ACT provides really good internet connection at lower rates as far as it is up but I've experienced downtime of 12 hours, not once, not twice but thrice in 10 days. Being down for a day once in 6 months is probably okay but this thing is ridiculous. Once it "ACT" LED goes out, there's no hope for it to come back for a good long time and these downtimes are happening during peak hours when people have to do their work. I would have been happier if I had BSNL, I regret for getting ACT. Though BSNL plans are expensive and their pings are poor and worst packetloss, their uptime has no match to yours. I'm at least connected to the internet and I could do my work. I barely faced any downtimes in the span of 10 years.
I want to get back to BSNL but I've payed for 6 months, so I've to stick to ACT for six months. If I face anymore downtimes during working hours, I'd straight away take it off, no need of any refund, i'll go back to good old bsnl because it at least makes me connected to the internet.
