Thread: I want to know where to complain for airtel

I got a airtel mobile connection couple of months back with 249 rental giving 600 minute and 99 rental for 2gb monthly internet and 500 sms daily pack.

I got a bill of 3000 Rs despite using only 1 MB of data and 1000 SMS and 360 minutes.

They are giving some weird explanation for this that they charge on some breakage or some thing. What they are saying is that 2gb is only for browsing airtel wap site and charged for using facebook which should not happen
Now the thing is that I want to switch back to Vodafone. Is there any plan available with them I now seriously want some solution for this. I can't afford to pay 3000 and I used the net on phone and thought that it's not yet 2gb.
