I joined aircel 3G unlimited dataplan 1275rs with ~7.2Mbps speed on september 2011.At that time they promised me this same speed for life time.Last 5months i got unlimited data uasge with ~7.2mbps speed but today they activated Fair usage policy 10GB 256Kbps to my account.
I know now all ISP having Fair usage policy.My question is when i join they promise me lifelong ~7.2 Mbps but after 5months now they breaked their promise.
What to do??
They have rights to reduce my speed ??
Any solution or suggestion
