Thread: ATT Global Dialer not working with 450bxi wireless + ADSL modem

Hi,

I have airtel broadband, and I have 450bxi wireless + ADSL modem,

I need to connect to my office network using ATT global dialer connect but i am not able to connect, whenever i try to connect it gives me a error saying "Error 231 Timed out waiting for VPN server to respond during protocol negotiation".

Please help me to resolve this issue.

I didn't reset the router, but your mention of the IPSec got me to, look up that setting. On my router IPSec passthrough is enabled by default. When I turned that off and rebooted the router and connected, the software let me through!
