ya i did as u say.but following error is occured

the mobile broad brand n/w connection operation(context detected activation)failed with error code77099486.and which mode i want to select
vpn r dial r wireless.
i want bsnl apn address

here is the step by step guide to unlocking k3570z
1. download the zte k3570z driver from here first
o zte k3570z driver free download
2. install the drivers first
3. then download the zte dashboard from here
o zte dashboard join air free download
4. install the zte dashboard and restart your computer
5. plug in the k3570z modem with any other sim to which you want to switch to
6. dashboard join air will start automatically and wait until the dashboard software recognizes your k3570z modem
7. now navigate to
o settings>connection>add
8. enter any connection name like docomo reliance etc
9. now add the apn settings according to the provider you are switching to
10. save the cahnges and make sure that new settings are applied to your zte k3570z dashboard software. and dial the connection. it will now acdcept all connections. enjoy using your zte k3570z on the cheapest plans available if you have any problems regarding this. please comment. and please dont forget to comment thank

note:after do it goto phone and modem options->modem tag->select ur modem like COM32->properties->chg seeting->enter extra initializing command
according ur sim-apply.now go to jin air software then connect
