Default Airtel- Bridging Beetel 110Bx1-Linksys WRT54GS

I have been using BSNL broadband for last 3 years. I have a desktops and couple of Laptops. I was using D-Link 502T and Netgear GD632 alternately with a Linksys WRT54GS wireless router. I was enjoying internet connection in all my PC just by bridging the modem and authenticating from the Linksys router.

But I had been facing frequent disconnection problem for last 1 year due to a cable fault. BSNL had acknowledged the problem but was unable to resolve. So I decided to go for next available ISP, Airtel

I took Airtel Broadband conection couple of days ago. My CPE model is Beetel 110Bx1 ADSL2+. As long as I am using only 1 PC, it is working fine. But when I tried to bridge the modem and have similar configuration as it was with BSNL, it did not work that way and moreover I messed up every thing and had to reset the modem. They also installed a software in my PC called Airtel NetXpert and I do not want that to be in my PC as I feel that is a threat to my privacy.

So friends can you please help me in.....
    1. Bridging the modem and authenticating from the wireless router.
    2. Advice me of the complications if I remove Airtel NetXpert.

    I appreciate your response.
    Thank you
    Partha

@psarthis also @likemodem give details of your setup. and other details.
Which is your present ISP ? Airtel / ( presume BSNL disconnected)
The units you want to use.
Beetel 110BX1 set up for Airtel and working Fine ? VPI VCI 1 and 32
    110BX1==rj45==>>WRT54s ( use the wizard) Wanport or Lan1===>.WIFI . computer. etc .
Since you are BB user for three years solution should be simple.
    2. for wireless security see "broadband How to ..." threads.
    3. Netexpert can be disabled. If you can connect to Internet, ( to talk to them ) what is the use ?
They won't help for setting other routers like WIFI etc.
    4.Post your ipconfig/all data.
5.confirm you are using a dialer or "Always On "
