Thread: regarding Home 599 plus plan

iam planning to take Home 599 plus plan. its unlimited and speed will be 128 kbps. please tell me is that plan is good.

First of all, please activate your account from the mail you must have received upon registration; else all posts will go into moderation as this one.

128 kbps plan will give you download speed of 16 KB/s which is OK for surfing and emails but not good for large downloads. I suggest that you switch to at least 256 kbps (32 KB/s) plan.

hi right now i dont have aany requirements for large download. apart from surfing, how will be the speed for youtube, etc where i can view video online...

YouTube and any streaming video will stutter because of buffering at this (128 kbps) speed. Note that you may not get 128 kbps all the time - expect more like 100 kbps on an average.
