Talking Ebill??

Encountered a hilarious bit few mins back... i had subscribed to the ebill service a month ago to save the unnecessary paper wastage n do my bit for the environment (also for airtel , saves them the buck ) n today i received the paper bill at my home... and no bill on my email id

i contacted the cc and after going through numerous menu items finally was able to connect to the support agent, and he told me that u would 'ALSO' receive the bill on email, the paper bill will b continued ... wtf!!??

on the bill its clearly written, 'Switch to ebill. Save paper, save trees.".... INDIA KA KUCCH NAHI HO SAKTA!

In fact nothing can save the world now, we will be witnessing some tough times ahead ....

I adore your thoughts and concerns about the environment. But may I remind you that Indian service providers are notorious about billing matters. Suppose your ebill mail bounces? Stick to paper bill till the matters streamline.

What's the use of paper bills in today time. I had not checked my airtel bill from many months i recieve it on my mail and make payment online through airtel my account. I think airtel shold stop paper bills for customers opting for it and reward them also. Like Citibank does by giving 100 reward points to the card account.

Ebills are more convenient you dont have to get a file and keep them safe, you can check them whenever you like from your emails.
