    LINE isp1== /splitter/modem1 = LAN port== computer1
    Line2 isp2...../splitter/modem 2 = USB port == computer1.
    Speeds won't add up. If one fails another will work.
    Test access to Internet with each connection initially.

    Two connections can be used in the PC simultaneously. But the speeds wont be adding up. If u want the speeds to add up, u need to invest on a load balancer or a load aggregator commonly used by ISPs. These devices are really expensive and wont prove to the efficient/economical in the long run for home uses.

    i have tried using two connections on one computer.both connections work together,and the one with higher speed is active at any time.

    if 2 connections do work together,what will be the ip of the comp?

    Only one of the connections will be active and the IP obtained as a result of that connection will be reflected.

    Both the connections are active but you can only use one. ( the 1st connection is generally used automatically)
