Default 8mbps Unlimited plan for 2000

today i come to know 1 trick about airtel by which any one can use 8mbps speed and unlimited downloading and uploading absolutely free.
The trick is :airtel provides cap on bill to every broadband customer and at present it is 2000 only. it means we can migrate the plan to 8 Mbps Combo 1299 and use as unlimited base. :
and i had confirmed from there customer care. After that i had also taughed to there floor manager and confirmed it.

What do u mean by cap-on-bill? I thought they capped only the download speeds of UL connections citing Airtel Fair Usage policy. Have they started capping the broadband bills too? Please enlighten me..

Cap on bill means that bill is not going to exceed the particular amount
