So Airtel raps the user for 10-12% of usage out of the max limit.

now can 12% of usage be excessive or even unlimited?? Can 128kbps/256kbps connection saturate Airtel's network???

It is like Airtel installing Speed governors to bullockcarts

My only wish is that existing providers like BSNL do not take some clue from this and start implementing *fair usage policy*
