Rep Power: 12  | Give additional info on a) Windows Firewall settings. b) modem make and model. c) firewall external d) computer OS e) Anti virus FREE or paid f) From Modem, Statistics Adsl status. |

| One can also just check with Microsoft. Microsoft gives you a detailed explanation on this, and explains how to remove it from your computer and how to prevent it.
