Thread: update trouble

i use the airtel 512kbps unlimited plan...i have trouble updating my antivirus.a error message saying the connection failed pops up. have the same problem with windows update too.please help me out guys..

Give additional info on
a) Windows Firewall settings.
b) modem make and model.
c) firewall external
d) computer OS
e) Anti virus FREE or paid
f) From Modem, Statistics Adsl status.

Check your Firewall Settings.

does your internet work well..

ya i've checked the firewall settings...even tried turning off the firewall.doesn't work..and yeah my ineternet is working fine..

Is it solved or still exist?
are you able to browse security sites like symantec.com or mcafee.com?
