Thread: Configure UTStarcom UT300R2U for Airtel

Hi All,
I have a UTStarcom UT300R2U modem and I want to configure the same for my Airtel service provider. I changed the setting in the modem using the URL 192.168.1.1. But when I restart the modem, the settings are not saved. I am seeing the old setting. Can anyone please tell me why this is happening?

The difference is with BSNL and Airtel VPI/VCI setting
For BSNL VPI/VCI= 0/35
For Airtel VPI/VCI=1/32

Thanks Sujith for your reply. The problem I am facing is that after I do the modifications in the modem, the modem is not saving those settings. Once I restart it, its showing me old settings

After the settings are made , go to Maintenance
and select there, SAVE REBOOT.
Wait for two minutes.
