Beetel 220 Modem Service center in bangalore

Hi Guys,

My Beetel 220 ADSL modem is not working. Its Warranty period also completed.Is there any pointers regarding the service station/Repair centers in bangalore???

Contact Airtel CC .
They will test the modem ,
and replace it if necesary.

Please explain what is not working:
Can you access the modem settings pages ?
or you cannot connect to Internet ?
Did you try RESET button to set to factory defaults /?
Is the power adapter working ?

i cant coneect to config page...192.168.1.1... i need urgent help plz
