Thread: Airtel broadband services for Lucknow

Hi,
Is anybody using Airtel BB in lko? can I have the customer care no? (that can be dialled using mobile phone) .. how is the service over here ? connectivity ? speed? customer care/service? response time for complaint ?

Local support number should be available from Airtel BB website.

Airtel is generally good but they have FUP on all unlimited plans above 256 kbps (no FUP for 256 kbps plans). Airtel CC would be able to advise you about the feasibility of a connection.

what is FUP ?

also can anybody tell me if a speed of 128 kbps is good enough for surfing and whether they will actually give that (I mean most providers like sify are not able to give even 128 when they say 512).
