Thread: airtel home 649

Hi guys ,
i am using mtnl 599 triband which give 256kbps speed but because of poor services of mtnl .i am wanted to get airtel broadband home 649 .guys can you you tell me that my decision is right ? please tell me something how is airtel 649 plan is it work fine and tell some problem about it

Can you tell us what was your exact issue with MTNL?

it get disconnected every time,poor service and dirty customer care.

You could of course switch to Airtel. But before that inquire whether they are providing service in your area. If yes, then decide a plan that meets your requirements most suitably.

The 649 plan may be good to some but not suitable to others. As a pure replacement of your MTNL plan, it may be good. But there may be some better plans also.

You can ask airtel people for plan 649, also they give can give you a welcome back offer(You need to insist), it will provide 20% discount on Rs:649 monthy rental.

Check if you have Reliance in your area and verify with them if they are providing the new plans(http://www.indiabroadband.net/relian...-reliance.html (New amazin plans by Reliance)).
If the new plans are available then go for the Plan649
The Airtel Plan649 gives you a speed of 128kbps while Reliance Plan649 gives you a speed of 300kbps
And there is no Fair Usage Policy with Reliance while Airtel has it.
It costs the same and you will get better speed.
