Thread: Beetel 110BX1

Hi I have read through a lot of entries on this board but I am not able to configure my linksys WRT5gS with my Airtel Beetel 110BX1.

My 110BX1 setup doesn't have a wizard that I came across in few methods listed.
Please provide me detailed steps, I would really appreciate it

VPI/VCI for Airtel 1 and 32 rest same .
DNS 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222

For configuring 110BX1
reset the modem by pressing the reset switch with power on
for 20 or 3 minutes.
Then follow this link similar modem/board/pages.

Confirm you got connected to Internet.

Didn't work I tried it but same result, I am able to connect to router but internet is not working!!

Is there any link for 110bx configuration?

Please save present settings by clicking Management
to C:/My Documents/Beetel 110BX1. settings

If You face frequent disconnection and automatic reconnection
Uncheck client TR_69 and "SOAP"
or uncheck adsl2+ in dsl page.
Always click SAVE/REBOOT and wait for 2 or 3 minutes.

I had replied to you about DNS.
You could uncheck auto assign DNS and enter Open dns given .
choice is yours.
If any problem always Check the Diagnostics page.

there are no frequent disconnections,
and web sites load quickly, you can retain these.

use Open dns 208.67.220.220 and 208.67.222.222.
THEN
recheck performance !

I tested my Diagnostic and i'm getting Fail in Ping Default Gateway Diagnostic.

And that's not all of it i rechecked my setting today and i found out that some got changed.

In GDMT line rate seems high as well as U/l rate .
If stable connection No change required.

in the Menu page you have opened , you have to uncheck the box for TR_069 client
( if seen , if enabled )

When you are on line your modem settings remotely checked by Airtel.

BTW, what is the current FW version?

check yours and report:

Device Info gives SW version.
WE need the Firmware version also.
