Thumbs down Airtel broadband 512Kbps connection sharing for 2 pcs

    Hi
I want to share internet connection between two computers.
    I have
    1. Beetel 110BXI ADSL2+ MODEM
    2. D-Link Ethernet switch DES-1008D
    3. Two PCs with network card.
    3. Airtel 512 Kbps unlimited connection

I went through the pages and I found it difficult to find a solution for beetel 110bx1 adsl2+ modem and d-link switch used network.

I can use both the systems simultaneously sometimes, but when i switch off and turn on everything including the modem after some time i have difficulty in connecting to the internet.

I find it hard to make a LAN also.
    Please some one help.

    Thanks in advance

You need to make your network like below. First try connecting with only one PC in the below network and check Surfing. If it is okay, then connect the next computer and check.

Not much work is needed in this type of connectivity.

Do you connect telephone system to this network? After you create your network as above, if still problem exisits,

    * Open command prompt
    * type "ipconfig /all" and paste the results here

No way mickey. Unless the service provider restricts to one computer, like they do in hathway, we can connect to multiple computers at home.

But it is illegal when you are starting an Internet Cafe center and doing business without prior notice or approval.

but you can make a request to hathway to connect two machines at home, informing them as only for personal purpose.
