Thread: Reliability of Airtel Broadband

I have heard that Airtel broadband has good packages and gives good speeds, but how reliable is Airtel broadband. Its not one of those connections which goes off, and you have to keep phoning customer services.
How is their customer service and their response time?

Check the Poles , Ask around , anyone will tell you that Connection Reliability & Customer Service are the 2 main reasons they wish to stick with Airtel Broadband , only issue is feasibility, if Airtel is available in your area , I say , Go For It !!!

Uptime - In 1+ Years I have been with Airtel , the connection has gone down only 2 times for less than 3 hrs
Customer Service - Airtel Customer Service has a 4 Hr SLA [Service Level Agreement] to resolve issues.

Other ISP's Ive Used - Sify [Cable], Exattnet [Cable], Tata [Cable], Reliance [ADSl/WiMax]

Recommended ISP - Airtel, without a doubt [check the poles , do your research, I am sure that different people have different ISP horror stories]

I have tried to get a new BB connection from Airtel. They have informed its not technically feasible. Is there any possibilities to get this done???

Wait and watch , or look out for another ISP if you want an internet connection ASAP , whatever your choice is, Stay Away from Cable Broadband , ADSL is the way to go
