I have been waiting for this connection from last 25 days. initially I have given my details for airtel connection in airtel.inPrepaid Mobile, Postpaid Mobile, Broadband, DTH Service in India : Airtel[/url] after 2 days i got call from airtel and they told they will send executive for collecting documents. after 2 days executive came and collected documents as well as amount of 1500. he hasn't given any receipt for that amount and i asked for the receipt he told me he will give it after as he forgot his receipt book. after 4 days i called him and he told me there no db available in my area all db's are fully. he told me he will come and return my documents. After that he started playing dramas... as he is not picking the phone and i went to his office, collected my docs and amount. same day another executive came and collected the documents and he said connection will be possible. after 4 days he is saying same story and he is not picking up the phn. Here is good example of airtel customer care is working.... I called to on 29/09/2009 logged a complaint in the morning complaint number :24871436 and i called up at 12.30pm customer care executive that connection is not possible and due to there is free db on my area and i will receive document by 21 days. again i called at 4pm customer care executive told that she got updated information from her senior and they are going to provide the by 4th oct, i asked her the ref.no for that she gave me 100411687 . on 4th i called to customer care they are saying there is no case with that ref.no and he said same story as before. i asked him to check my case with the complaint no: 24871436, he said it is not opening. Here is best example of 110 million people network service provider even they are not able to single internet connection in the city of noida. off course we can expect how they will provider service in remote areas.
