Thread: how can i install beetel 220 bxi in place of beetel 110 bxi ?

i have airtel bb connection. i have some issues with beetel 110 bxi but that is not enough for 121 guyz to replace the modem. now i want to install it by my self.

I read some threads here and then i stuck on the page where "mac address of modem didnt get any service or authentication" something poped up in red color.

my question is-
what should i have to do to install 220 bxi?

Both are same ! disable client Tr_069 under maintenance ( NO USB port in 110BX1).
follow these guides: vpi/vci for Airtel 1 and 32.

when i want to install 220BXI on Airtel connection because 121 people not doing it.
i am doing this to fix some issues related to old 110BXI modem.

Sorry. don't know difference between Airtel and BSNL ISP's.
I have both ISP's connections and use 110BX1 to connect to either one of them .
( also earlier 220BX) for past three years.

yes ! you are right .
you can connect BSNL with Airtel's modem 110BXI and work well with both of them connection.

but here i wanna connect with airtel via different modem(220 BXI) which is not configure by ISP (Airtel) side.

so bottem-line is:-
can we use our own modem for working with AIRTEL connection ?
if YES !!!! plz tell me the procedure !
if NO ??? plz leave a reply !

i am waiting for any solution or suggestion !

Rest both same.
