Dear Buddies....
Thnx 2 u all... for not responding to my question....
i m choose Aritel....
It's Really a stupid customet care service.... they --------(Bad words)
I payed the money of Rs 4000 one and half week back.... till now i haven't get the connection.... how customer service it is!!!!!!!!(:
Dear Friends only problem in BSNL you can oftenly seen in this forum is customer service is bad samething happing in Airtel also... Better go for BSNL you can save ur money...

Dear Friends dont't Cheat Others by saying airtel customer care service is Good..... i hate airtel

Dear Friend.
Dont Say that Airtel is worst and BSNL is good or vice-versa.
Both are crap when it comes to International Standards,

However, service depends on your area. In my area, BSNL just rocks where your problem is solved in 24 Hours. Even officer from exchange calls us back confirming if our problem is solved or not.

It all depends on people and their willingness to provide service.

I applied for airtel Broadband connection 2 weeks back and I paid the amount around Rs 4000/- (Diwali offer) till now I haven't get the connection....

I called these people around 50 times with the 2 weeks of time period and also I haven’t received even single call from him or from your network.

At last yesterday they told that some problem in my area it will take another 1 week of time to rectify it.

When I asked him to cancel my request they are telling that it will take 15 days to get my money back.

See friends this not only depend s on my Area my Area is Thiruvanmyur near Tidel Park tell me this area is not good

Can any one tell me how can i handle this Issue??????????

How much time will take for BSNL connection inculding Landline?????

@Anbu007

You had some bitter experience with airtel with regard to customer care front airtel is far more ahead than bsnl in that regard, i am a bsnl customer.

In Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai area if you would have applied for bsnl they would have provided you with the connection within a week and another good thing is that you dont have to make any upfront payment before getting the connection.

Dear essbebe thanks for ur info......

now i m not in the position to switch over to other network.. Because those Airtel(Idiots) made in this suitation........

Today i call to Airtel customer care nearly 10(promise more than 2 hour i wasted) call to diffrent people no one is answering properly..... they ask me to wait in line(waiting for more then 10 minutes like idiot no one is talking simply airtel music).... When i ask other person after disconnected before call they (line is busy sir , Application down sir, i m looking you issue sir).... is they want everyone to wait for more than 10 min to tell our issue

i expalined this whole story to each and everyone.... atlast one person logged complaint....

friends i really this incident make me as at one part happy(by seeing the carzy and lazy action my airtel) and another one more thing my mind under big pressure for not getting connection.....

Where i m going?????????????????

Did you send a complaint to
care.tamilnadu@airtel.in ?
I rarely use the CC on phone.

A mechanic came and checked the Junction box within 6 hours.!
Airtel may also consider giving a discount upto Rs 500/= for bad customer service.
Yoiu have to create records.
Now Airtel CC will call you on Phone !!!!

they asked me one week of time to slove the issue in my area.......

one week is completed by tuesday..

till not get the sloution....

When you wrote first, you should have got an acknowledgement.
with some complaint number.
Did you get it quote that number
Again write to appelate and copy to care.tamilNadu
givingdetails this way.
