Reset your modem to Factory settings.
Dont change any entries yourself.
Restart modem.
Try a "Dialer" mode connection .
If you get connected to IBF
try the other web site again.

If it is for some specific site then maybe its the site's problem

the site opens normally for me .

Its better of resplving the issue with the help of airtel support guy and he should be able to identify the problem
