    Unhappy Frequent disconnection HELP

I am on Airtel 512 UL plan lately their is frequent disconnection the phone too is dead. This exact thing happened 2 weeks back they said my modem UT300R2U is faulty so replaced the dataone modem with another UT300R2U.Now when i booked the complaint with AVM telecom the company that handles all airtel customers in my area they say UT300R2U is old modem with outdated technology which cannot handle 512 kb/sec that i need to change to some other modem:blink:.I was using the same modem for my BSNL 2MB/sec plan i consistently got 1.8 MB/sec then how can the same router cannot handle just 512 kb/sec from airtel .

My OS is windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit

Here is the screenshot please help :

Change Mod mode to GDMT. Uncheck box adsl2+
    http://i19.tinypic.com/6kqygzt.
    Also try openDNS 208.67.220.220
    208.67.222.222
The modem Ut300R2U has same hardware like Beetel 110BX1
Hope the problem did not start with Windows7 OS.

    vpi/vci for airtel 1 and 32

.As most of the websites/ for modem settings etc
.. are from BSNL, I usually mention specifically
.... VPIVCI 1 32 for AIRTEL BB connection.

In the Modem Select Statistics ADSL menu item.
You will get on top the Mod mode selected.
    SNR/ATTN values would have changed.
Line speed /rate also would have reduced.
Hope you get a steady connection.
    feedback.

    Also in Maintenance under tools
see a menu item Client tr_069 disable it.
SAVE Reboot wait for 2 minutes.

    Lightbulb

Today Airtel guys silently came and did something on the line after that windows 7 said the modem is detected and working fine but the router cannot caonnect to the Internet:blushing:.The DSL light was glowing but the internet light was off sp logged into the modem page to find that all the username ,password was gone.Called airtel support after reversing all the changes i did yesterday, the guy directed me step by step and finally rebooted, now everything is fine i think, the SNR margin is now reading at D = 27 UP= 15.

The airtel support guy said to disable the TR client if the internet is not working.please tell me should i disable it now the readings are like this attached a screenshot below thanks :

that looks to be enough speed and considerabaly could sustain with that for a normal usage
