Thread: best airtel plan for 2 systems at home

I have couple pf systems which needs internet connection and what is best plan to share the connection among the both

which network circle you belong to

Dear all i would suggest you not go for Airtel as they are putting download cap. Ex. on 1mbps plan they are saying you can download till 25 gb with speed of 1mbps but after that it will come down to 512kbps. this is how they are trying to control the freedom of customer. That means you cannot download huge amount of file. if you download your speed will be decreased... iS this fare. My circle is West Bengal Kolkata. I am a formal Airtel Customer. Go and check their tariff and do not forget to check the note on every tariff plan. You can find that on the lower part of the tariff page after you select your area and tariff...

The download limit for Swift 1099 plan is 100Gb in bangalore.

When the speed increases the limit also increases and I confirmed this by calling Airtel. For my 256kbps the download limit is 80 Gb.

After crossing these limits the speed will reduce to half.

YOU ARE SO WRONG MY BROTHER. MAYBE IN YOUR AREA THEY ARE OFFERING BUT YOU CAN CHECK THEIR WEBSITE FOR THE TARIFF PLAN. AND ALSO CHECK THE NOTE ON THAT PAGE. AND THEN YOU WILL KNOW WHAT IS THE TRUTH. Speed 256 Kbps @ Rs:899 By Airtel Vs Rs:750 By BSNL if Annual only Rs:7500

Can't anyone do something about this download cap of Airtel. For 1mbps plan download CAP is 25GB(Rs. 1399) after that speed drops to 512kbps and 2mbps plan Cap is 30GB(Rs.1999) and after that speed drops to 1mbps....

Can anyone do something about this CAP?
