    Default Airtel broadband new connection

    iam suresh,
    i given cheque for airtel broadband new connection,
    cheque cleared, they aken amount on 12-11-2009
    than after they not respond for service.
    after a week i given call to airtel broad band customer care..
    thay given cool information
    quota exceed in this area..
    if quota over than why they not informs to customer
    why they not checks before collection
    even i got call from that company for address confirmation..
    than why they using my amount..
    so indian public
    be aware. kindly pay at conection time..
    i given time ypto 12th december, after that i will move to court..
    i need connection,
    i will fight for service, not for money.

    Same here boss. They are cheaters. they rob money from you and tell u that the capacity exceeded and will never tell u about the status.

    First you should have contacted to customer care executive and tell your problem to them. They would definetaly send their field officer to sep up your connection or you should go to their office.

    so never trust these fellow n never pay b4 u get confirmation of everthing from those son of a B****

    similar thing, in my case after collecting money n getting signed in all the forms....... i came to know they cant provide the serviece , i got all bullshit reasons n within 4 days got a cheque from airtel refunding ma amount..

    airtel service is pretty bad at certain places even though they have a good reputation in terms of service

    Airtel CC does not join forum/s to solve user problem/s.
    send email ONLY to 121@airtel.in for any assistance. Give only your UserID and Phone number .
    Register in Selfcare website.
    You can even chat with an expert.

    Talking Aitel services are best

    I have little problem but it has always solved by airtel service provider thnx

    I applied for airtel broadband through airtel website the same day customer care executive called me and said after checking feasability in my area sales person will come to my house for getting cash and application filled up .

    It happend as he said then sales person came to my house i asked do i need to pay in cash or in cheque he said if its cash it will be processed quicky so i did he also said next day engineer will come for installation and installation was completed on the the next day. no problem in getting connection

    Previously i was using bsnl broadband for past 5 years got fedup with that creppy scrap company i switched to airtel.
