iam suresh,
i given cheque for airtel broadband new connection,
cheque cleared, they aken amount on 12-11-2009
than after they not respond for service.
after a week i given call to airtel broad band customer care..
thay given cool information
quota exceed in this area..
if quota over than why they not informs to customer
why they not checks before collection
even i got call from that company for address confirmation..
than why they using my amount..
so indian public
be aware. kindly pay at conection time..
i given time ypto 12th december, after that i will move to court..
i need connection,
i will fight for service, not for money.
