    Default how transparent are Airtel broadband processes

    Starting from activation procedure and paper work , then to billing of the broadband, and all other services provided like call center etc, how transparent are processes followed by Airtel broadband?

    I wouldn't say that's it's absolutely transparent otherwise there will be cold war in this thread , all I can tell you that compared to the rest , it's the best experience ive had by far . On a side note , I would recommend you to go for an Unlimited plan. Here is my rating on the points uve noted above.

    Activation Procedure & Paper Work = 8/10

    Billing = 10/10 [No Issues with fixed billing Unlimited Plans ]

    Customer Service
    = 10/10 [Always eager to help, here Customer is the king]

    Speed = 10/10 [I get up to 15% more than the promised speeds]

    Reliability / Up-time = 10/10 [In the 2 yrs Ive had it , It went down only 2 times and the total down time was less than 5 hrs, according to Indian standards that's nothing short of AMAZING]

    DNS Server = 6/10 [Buckles under load at peak hours , ude be better off using Open DNS]

    Plan = Explore 1099 [384 - Day / 1 Mbps - Night] No Caps [Discontinued]

    Location = Pune

    That should round it up , let me know if you have any other questions.

    On a side note , this is not a form of Airtel Propaganda , just a view on my experience about it , obviously you have to do your research and check to see what ISP and Plan fits your requirements

    Not at all transparent. I think all the companies must work transparently and provide the customers with best of its services.
