Thread: configure bsnl nokia siemens wireless modem for airtel ?

has anyone tried configuring and using a bsnl wireless modem (nokia siemens)
for airtel ?

Simply change VPI/ VCI to 0 -32 instead of 0- 35. Also change the ID and password.

Apart from above change/s
(VPI VCI 1 and 32 for AIRTEL)
2.
Change the DNS
to 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.220.220
( google and open dns) if present DNS entries are from BSNL> .
3.
Give full details of your modem.
Confirm Nokia Siemens Networks 1600.

yeah mine is a nokia siemens residential router 1600
