    Question Udp packets are dropped by DLink GLB-502t router

    Hi All,

    One of my customer has Dlink GLB-502t router for desktop and in that my application (VoIP client using UDP packets) is not able to reach the server.

    By checking the server logs i'm sure that there are no packets sent from the client machine. And I checked the Windows Firewall and its disabled in client machine.

    Is that router is dropping the UDP packets? If so, any one know how to configure the router not to drop the udp packets / for particular destination?

    Please provide some information regarding this.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Karthikeyan R

    1.Glb502T settings to be in "AlwaysOn Mode" with DHCP enabled.
    Check in computer Internet connection OK.
    2. Remove RJ45 from computer end and connect to VOIP Unit ( details needed )
    3.Re connect another RJ45 to computer from VOIP unit.

    4.Similar set up ( VONAGE) here working Ok.
    ISP=ADSL MODEM==>>VONAGE VOIP==>>>>>
    Telephone1 and Telephone 2
    Vonage ==RJ45 to ==>> WIFI router
