Ping test AIRTEL 1mbs grade D ??

I did a ping test many times now I am getting grade D nd f why ?? is there a fault with line ?

Option 1;
try open dns 208.67.220.220
and 208.67.222.222 or
google DNS 8.8.8.8

hi i am too getting ping in high. i did the thing above you mentioned but still i am getting my ping as 150. I am getting for SNR Margin (dB), : 34.3 Attenuation (dB): 9.6. is this right value for that ping. tell me in what level it should be in.
