Did you surrender the modem and Telephone Instrument and got a receipt from the Airtel CC center or Technician ?
Send an email to care.xxxxxx @airtel.in
asking for clarification.
If you still have a Broadband connection, Login and check in Airtel Selfcare page, for details of the arrears./ month under reference.
Clarify, whether you asked for disconnection only for BB or Landline Telephone also ?
Better to get some email reply from them
and save bill details from self care page ( print out )

bro even i got the bill for two months after the disconnnection but as i hd met the CC executive bfore and apprised him off the actual condition my bill for both the months was called off....
