Thread: about airtel 1699 option

i chose airtel 1699 at Nov 2009. they said if i paid three months once.it's free to install the broadband.so i paid three months once.after that everything's fine. so my broadband expired at Feb 2010 and i wanted to continue to use this broadband. I thougth I would paid for 1699 for next month. but they told me "you don't need to pay for this right now.this fare will count into your next bill"

But ,today my bill comes. It seems they didn't count the fare. but i have to pay for Monthly charges. this never happens for last several months.

Can somebody explain this to me?

i chose airtel 1699 at Nov 2009

say you chose in Nov 15th
First month Nov15th to Nov 25th.
Second Month Nov26th dec 25th
Third month Dec 26th to jan 25th
Fourth month jan26th to Feb 25th

billing months /
usually the billing month is 26th to 25th.
If you had opted anytime in middle of the month, it might have been counted as one month.
or was it specific 90 days .
If they charge/ calculate Rs 1600/= for part of a month, ( as Rental is Fixed charges whether you use internet for full month)
you can ask for waiver. CC has powers to waive Rs 500/=maximum.

Presume you refer to period from Nov 2009/to Feb 2010,
as you are a new user wef Date/Nov 2009.
