Thread: airtel in hyderabad

hi, i'm thinking of taking airtel bb connection. can anyone give contact details of airtel bb's hyderabad branch. going from some complaints in this section, it looks like they have an abusive cc too. will i have to fight them with discrepancies in bill. do they continue to charge or continue connection even after telling them to disconnect and harass their customers.

A representative may visit you, after getting details of
location etc.
When you disconnect, you surrender the modem/telephone and get a receipt as final proof of disconnection. ( with DATE/MONTH/YEAR)
ANY BB ISP /cellphone provider harassing the users usually, without giving any proof of disconnection date./ final settlement in writing .

they said broadband isn't available in my area. thanks for your reply

The big problem with airtel is that they are available only in a handful places in Hyderabad, even in localities in which they are available its not 100% coverage.
