    Default 1299 X4 speed in morning

    I've 1299 ul plan ( 512kbps day/1mbps night)

    I'm getting 2 mbps since 2 days in the morning , when i should get only 512 kbps ... whats going on ? anyone else gettting this ??

    At night i'm still getting 1 mbps

    i am not sure, but sometimes at night i too get 2MBPS with my 512 kbps, it happens maybe twice a month.

    One afternoon, I too had the same increase. My speed is 512kbps . One afternoon, the download speed went up to 150kbps i.e. more than 1.2 mbps

    yea I'm enjoying it . I already dl-ed like 24 gb

    i wanted to know if this will be permanent .. lol

    No its not permanent , if your modem restarts or your IP address gets renewed then the speed will go back to normal , this usually happens to me once in 2 months especially when there's some maintenance work at the exchange level ive gotten speeds of up to 4 Mbps for 3 to 8 days nonstop , then after a power outage the speed goes back to normal , this is just my personal experience with Airtel for 2 yrs , might not apply for everyone
    Also Airtel has plans to double the broadband speeds for all customers by the end of June.
