Thread: What is AirTel NetXpert?

I take a new airtel connection & the technician suggest me to install netxpert for your account details. I have a doubt in my mind is this software store or send any personal information to airtel like browsing sites etc.

It's not malware but I cannot gurantee whether it's spyware or not. I mean no one knows for sure whether that software harvests data from your PC or not. Better don't intall / uninstall it. It's useles anyway.

dont install it, because they are not going to give you discounts if you install that, but risks are many..

well you have to pay for it, so better not install it, Bitdefender is always the best.

Airtel netexpert is free and its main use to help you troubleshoot your lan connection and if u choose to enter ur dsl details it will fetch billing details and remind you for payment. its not a antivirus or firewall.

haha.. people are so paranoid.. netxpert wont harm you or your data
