    This is regarding a request from me to change my fixed-line plan. Plz let me know ur feedback.

    We would like to inform that as per our records you have 2000 unlimited
    combo plan and you have opted for talk value 999 stand alone voice plan.

    Did you call the CC and asked on what grounds did they reject your request?
