airtel introduces new offer-2mbps free

When i was surfing airtel site i was suprised.In that i saw that they are giving 15hrs of 2mbps for free.check below link to see this offer

but i dint understand this offer completely.In that they told that they will give 15hrs of 2mbps free for 5months,in which we will get 3hrs per month..but i dint understand that how to activate this free offer.?//
