I have thought of getting Airtel broadband for a long time, but many things make me change my mind. The first and most important is the fact that when making an inquiry about a new connection, no one from Airtel's side contacts you back.
You would think that because its a new connection they want more customers, but they obviously dont value their new customers, as if they did they would get in contact with them about the new connection. I have called twice, and both times the response I got from the customer service agent is that someone will give you a call back.
If this is what happens when you havent got the connection, wonder what happens when you have a connection and problem occur????
