i like to sift from sify to airtel ( browser 899 plan )
is good or not..... and how much i hve to pay for tht plan for per month

i like tht 512 kbps plan ..... unlimited plan

Who said you Airtel sends the Fake bills. Do you mean somebody else fakes them and send them on Airtel's behalf.

I am using Airtel from last 3 years, didn't got any yet.

The person / forum / source that your are getting your information from is FAKE !!!

Been using Airtel since 2 + Yrs , I am a former Sify / ICC Net Speed Broadband user I would be lucky if the net worked for 5 days in a month when I was with them

If u have the option to go for Airtel , close your eyes and go for it, Uptime is close to 95%. and speed is always more than what they promise , again do your homework , this question has been asked here many times !!!

i m agree with u sify sucks now..... i m spending more then 1000 rs per month but i m not happy with there speed but now i m shifting 2 airtel in next few days.

If you reside in Delhi or Mumbai
Try opting for MTNL
No problems ONCE IT HAS BEEN SETUP

Hi Guys,

we are using Sify since more than 1 year.I opted for this because its economical & other networks wont have their our service in our area,so i have no other choice to go for this.Then the real problem starts,every time it displays ’cable unplugged’ or some gateway not reachable,intially i thought its my internal problem & restarting my system everytime, later i came to know that it problem from Sify network & everybody in our area same thing.then i called customer care(CC) so many times & intimating about the problem but believe me nobody responded,everytime ’we will be intimating to our service team & we will resolve ASAP’ that the response i will get everytime from CC.Ok if I consult local dealer. useless fellows no body take my call luckily if they take my call they will be answer in a rude way,i called sify customer care and siry employees of he gave Nonsense answer ,these problems are common its technical problem,if u r not interested u can cancel,useless fellow who the hell this stupid giving non acceptable,

I dont know what sify is doing sleeping,y wont the take care in appointing a quality dealer,they will be prompt in collecting money everymonth,if we wont pay in time they will not spare & cancel the connection or wont renew then we have to call them again to renew it,its bad on Sify path,Iam very upset with thier service,

I gave a complaint to Head CC operations at chennai ,I have to wait & see regarding response,I request not o prefer Sify,a useless and worst Broadband with no proper Customer Service,

Do What I Did , quit Sify, moved to another ISP , preferably Airtel [obviously do your homework first to find the best ISP with best Uptime & Customer Service in your area, for me, in Pune , Airtel fulfills both Criteria]

I was basically Stuck with Sify cause whenever the service would go down, and I would call CC, Sify would blame the local Cable TV Operator ,and the CTO would blame Sify, I would end up getting stuck in the middle, for a full year I didn't even get my moneys worth, being fed-up , I shifted to Airtel on a friends Advice, and now, gone are those days that I even have to check to see if the internet is disconnected or not.
Airtel in my city [Pune] at my location , Yerwada just works awesome.

This is not Airtel Propaganda, I have used 7 Different ISP's including MTNL suggested here , its just that I have been in the same hopeless & frustrating situation that you have been in, and now with Airtel broadband, I have one less thing to worry about.

As I have stated before, this question has been asked on this forum many times, and have been answered many more times, don't blindly trust anyone, ask around, do your homework, weigh the pro's and con's of each ISP and then settle for one , It took me 6 ISP's to get to Airtel, but I am glad It did cause it taught me a lot , choose the right ISP for your location based on peoples reviews at your location . It could be possible that Airtel totally SUCK at your location, or is the Best ISP with the highest Uptime.
