NEVER take a time based plan. Even if the connection is idle your account will be debited.
Always go for data based connection.
Google search airtel
Mobile Prepaid, Broadband, Postpaid Mobile, DTH Services in India: Airtel
then broadband /tariffs/your location for best plans.
BSNL 500 plans have unlimited download 2am to 8am facility and is not available in Airtel.
By using FireFox browser with add ons adblock plus flash block and NoScript etc
you can avoid seeing the same advts/video/links again and again.

Hey guys.
I used Airtel Data card Edge. It’s good depending upon the Area. If u just move away, to be frank it’s really slower than Mobile internet. Mostly it works in night times. DON’T GO FOR AIRTEL OR ANY OTHER EXCEPT BSNL 3G.It’s costly but works a lot.
