Thread: Avoid airtel in Pune

I had very bad experience in pune from airtel broadband services...

they are cheating the people with the brand name of company...

I Contacted one guy for airtel boadband punr Mr moshid...

He assured me that after the payment i'll get connectin within 4 days....

today is the 15th day still they didn't contacted me....

when i called their customer care they are not ready to help in proper way....

now i am asking for my money back....thay as per their policy they are asking me to wait 15 days...

who knows 15 days means how many days again....

plz plz...don't go for airtel broadband in pune....

thank god ....finnaly we got the airtel connection...

Strange thing...when I requested for installation they took so much time and when requested for cancelation they install it....


Plus point is speed is good....

customer support is some what pathetic....


but now I am happy that for a time big hi sahi I hv internet connection....

I don't think so that Airtel is so bad in Metros,Please Confirm it with Just4kix.

might be..I am also praying for that only ki Airtel should provide gud services....because I am also using airtel services.....speed is very good....
but customer support is not that much gud....

Ya Agreed,The Speed is Nice.
But For The Customer Support:No,that is not that much True,Airtel Customer Support is Really Nice Mate
