Thread: Have the speeds gone down ?

i am on a 2mbps connection but i always got around 2.5mbps on every speedtest result .. and got ~300kBps on downloads
but for a few days now , i am getting 250kBps and just over 2mbps on speedtest results

i know i am getting what i am paying for , but the earlier (2.5mbps) wasnt a glitch . i have always had better speeds than airtel advertised .. is it just me or have airtel stopped being generous

Did you hit FUP limits?

i have an old plan . no fup limits
atleast i dont think i have them .. didnt get any message either

guess will wait till the 26th(new billing cycle) to see if the speed goes up for a few days

I have heard stories of FUP limits being imposed on even old users who are consistently heavy downloaders. Better check it with customer care
