    Default Configuring Beetel 450TC1

    Hi,

I am using Beetel 110TC1 Modem with Airtel connection.
I borrowed my friend's Modem, Beetel 450TC1 to use wifi on my phone.

My desktop is not connecting to Internet , desktop is connected to modem through a LAN cable, can anyone please help me connect this new modem. I am using Win 7 OS. I have not tested the Wifi yet.

In the status of the modem's page (192.168.1.1) I get this message at the bottom "Adsl Status : ADSL CONNECTION FAILURE" and "Link : Down"
    Please help..

Thank you essebee, I tried all this but did not work, I contacted Airtel Service, they gave me the same steps, they said the modem is faulty.

I am now using this as just a router.
I connected this in bridge mode and disabled DHCP. I don't know what is faulted, but this way, I can use internet on my desktop (through LAN cable) and my cell, through Wifi.

    Code:
    IF IT works don't REPAIR!
seems your wifi settings in Modem/Router also working.
Better to BACKUP present modem settings to say
C:/My Documents/Beetel450TCI WIFI OK bridged mode.

I am now using this (*450TCI???) as just a router.
    confirm.

    Beetel450TCI ( same as/similar to UTSTARWA3002-g1)
    checked under MAINTENANCE Administration
Option to SAVE current settings NOT available.

    2. You may have to save all modem pages with correct (working)settings as Screen shots for future reference.
