    Default is it really AIRTEL?

    hello guys,

    i m an AIRTEL braodband user from, i was always happy with my connection of AIRTEL til now.
    but on 17th March, i come to reallize that the guys who works in AIRTEL are much same as of other ISP here in Lucknow.

    i purcahse my AIRTEL account through Mr. Prabhat Soni, a sales executive here in LUCKNOW with commitment " Sir, I wil be always here for you, whenever you have any problem i will help "

    On 17th march there was a problem in the DP through which my connection was established,
    as DP was damaged, neither DSL line was working nor telephone line then i called with my mobile to the guy who sold me the service (Prabhat soni), and tell him that DP is not working as it s damged, then he said he will just inform me after confirming from his senior, i waited for his call for long time but no reply from him, then i call to customer care, tell them the situation with warning that i will make the stop payment tll this issue wil not resolve. Custoemr care executive listen me & give me a reference number 7661796, and assure me that their field executive will visit my place with maximum time period of 19th march 06:00 PM .

    becouse there was no working connection one guy from AIRTEL called me on 19th march 10 : 02 AM at my cell regarding why i wil make stop payment, when i asked him about why filed executive dsnt visit my place, he said your complain is in under process, and you wil be informed about the progress till evening today (19th March ). again i waited for any call, but no msg from AIRTEL, then again i called to CC on 20th march n they said same ' WORK IS IN PROGRESS AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IN EVENING ' another day goes like same but no responce from AIRTEL,

    next day on 21th march i again called to CC then i come to knew that any ...... Diwedi ji is dealing with this issue and he wil inform me in evening, ..... jsut another boring day waiting for the responce from AIRTEL but........... nothing.

    today again i call to CC n they aasure me that they will contact me today til 6 pm.
    when i tell to CC that i wil wait till 06 PM and will call at 06 : 05 PM they assure that they wil call me before 06 PM it s now 05 15 pm i m just waiting for their call but no call til yet

    LOOK GUYS IT S AIRTEL DOING LIKE THIS WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS

    I m waiting from 17th march to till for any AIRTEL EXECUTIVE VISIT N TELL ME THE PROGRESS.

    (AIRTEL S MAIN LUCKNOW OFFICE IS JUST 2 KM FROM HERE THAT WHY AMAZING WHY NO ONE RESOLVE MY ISSUE)

    I suggest you send customer care a few e-mails aswell.As far as stopping payment is concerned I am not sure if this is a good move as in an event of a legal dispute its always good to have made payments on time.
    As far as the time you spend without connection (phone line and internet) you can claim that much money to be waved off from your next bill and I am sure they will give you some hard time on that aswell so the best thing would be (as you said thier office is 2km away) go to thier office with a written letter asking for the compensation and get a copy of the letter signed by them saying recieved on it with date and name of the person on it.

    I am trying my best to bring this forum to no1 position on google to make complaints on this forum heard well.
