    Default Some info please

For the first time, I got a small amount of bill from airtel. The bill is less than my monthly rental. I was supposed to get Rs 200/- waiver due to some reasons. But, I have been given the waiver and another discount under the heading "100% discount on all RC's" and the discount given is slightly above Rs. 100. My phone was disconnected 2 times saying the reason as nonpayment of bills inspite of paying the bills on time. So, I had scolded the Customer Care a lot and also asked for compensation. All I want to know is What is the full form of RC's?

And I am presently in a plan where there is no modem rental and I am in this plan from 9 months. If I change the plan, will I be charged for the modem? I also have a BSNL Broadband modem which I had buyed from BSNL before getting Airtel. So, Can I surrender the airtel modem if I shift to a plan where I will be charged for modem?

    Default

most probably RC means Recharging Card (Coupon) .

any ADSL modem works for Airtel broadband connection .
if required , you can surrender Airtel's modem and configure
the modem you are having to connect to Airtel Broadband .
