I have an Airtel connection , 256 kbps unlimited...
Now my problem is that , sometimes, the "Link" and "Data" LEDs just disappear.. this happens many times during the day.. I don't know why.. Also, one thing I have noticed is that, the landline (that I got along with this connection) has some kinda role in those LEDs appearing and disappearing... If I lift the receiver of that unit, those LEDs come back on.. but if I place it back, they go off again.. [And sometimes, if all of those LEDs are on, and I lift the receiver of the landline, they go off, and when I place it back, they come back on again..] this has been troubling me for a long time now.. I had asked some of the Airtel officials but they weren't of much help either.. Also, this is pretty annoying, especially when I'm downloading large files especially from sites like Rapidshare... which doesn't allow me to resume any broken download..
Can someone please help me?
