Thread: Airtel Broadband surrender procedure?

If i need to surrender Airtel landline and broadband connection what is the prodedure to be followed?

Also Do i need to return the telephone instrument and modem to airtel or can i keep them with myself ?
If i keep the telephone instrument and modem myself, does airtel collect any extra amount from me?
