Thread: Bill cheated

Hi dear, i made a payment for my AIRTEL BB connection through credit card. But double time amount (AIRTEL) taken my amount. They cheated me. also they didn't inform me. Unfortunately i swapped my card there was a prob. At moment only i cross checked and find out that fraud. so Friends don't use that BB connection. Still they didn't response me.

So why are you worried. The extra payment will be credited in your account and will be adjusted in your next billing cycle. How does in this Airtel cheated you. I think you didnt noticed wjile getting you card swiped if there was problem when you first swapped your card and there was a problem, you should have asked for transaction declined confirmation or the executive would have taken out last 3 transaction slips so you can check if your transaction was declined or approved.

Be careful while using cards for swipe and you yourself should check the machine while getting the card swiped, if you have any doubt. from last 2 years i pay my bills of Airtel through my account and use a credit card, why dont you switch to online payments if you have any doubt at merchant Pos. Online payments are also secure these days.
