I am having downloading issue from fileserve. When I am downloading some files from it , the site always says that either your IP is downloading a file or you are sharing your IP address with your ISP. Is fileserve being blocked by airtel ?

You must be using a download manager.....
fileserve does not support downloading from download managers....

It happens when same IP is allotted to all under same tower. But it happens normally with wireless connection. Try restarting the modem. It will change your IP and you can download till the limit per IP allowed by fileserve. If you download a lot, you may face this message again. In that case, restart the modem to change the IP.

The above method should work normally. If you are still facing problems, use Hotspot shield and check.
